Harvey Water softener seems to have stopped regenerating

Our HV3 is about 7.5 years old and has just stopped regenerating.

Do any of you good people have any ideas of anything I could try before calling Harveys?

when was the last time you filled it with salt

IIRC about 20 days ago - we were away for 1 week and 2 blocks normally last us about 14 days.

And our water doesn't feel like it normally does

Harveys clearly don't want the public or general plumbers to know how to do the manual regeneration
