Hi guys, I have just booked a place on the Worcester Bosch CDI training course, im still not 100% sure what it covers although it mentions installation design and fault finding, is it an in depth type of course? i pretty much just got my wallet out and phoned up following the advice of the half boss but not.

has anyone here done the course and what was it like?

a few of my plumber mates have done the glow worm one and said it was really good but i have to wait 3 weeks before i can find out for myself if the WB one is as good, and im not that patient, lol

can anyone rate it? or if anyone is on the bradford course on the 17th ill see you there maybe lol.

Is it leeds,if so when we went it was very informative, learnt a lot,

worth going then?

is it good on the fault finding and repair side?

well worth going, when we went there was only afew there,so we had plenty of hands on fault finding, also got free brekie, and dinner!
Do the vaillant course as well thats very good, all we fit is worcester/vaillant

kewl, looking forward to it, gonna do the vaillant one tempted to do the vokera one (if i can get it for free lol)

dont spose there are any gas fire courses about?

I did the valliant one down in bristol free of charge through Grahams very informative and got a load of valliant technical brochures free as well

cool, think ill be going to have a chat with my local grahams about the possibility of free courses with vaillant,

plumbstar tom i will definately be seeing if i can get hold of those cd's to, cheers,

hi fellas, just did the cdi course the other day, found out a lot more than i thought i would, i also got a free pack of mints lol,

someone told me these types of manufacturer courses can be blagged for free. my uncle got on almost all of the 1 day courses for nothing a few years ago, anyone else managed to get on these courses for free? glowworm werent having any of it, had to pay for theirs to . as long as they teach me something new and give me a few freebies i dont mind paying but free is almost always better.

I have just done the cdi course at Worcester well worth doing got a service book on the greenstar cdi with all the codes and how to reset them also got a nifty little credit card that you can plug the main wiring loom from the circuit board onto and it tells you what each wire is ie fan ntc gas valve and gives you a point to test from. Oh and of course the free lunch lol.
