Hi, Does anyone have a pipe layout for a mini Mizer oil fired central heating boiler? I am not sure if mine is plumbed correctly, and for some reason the site wont let me add a photo. Standing in front of the boiler: Upper left pipe goes to hot water cylinder coil. The return from the cylinder goes to the bottom right of boiler. The central heating flow and return pipes come out on the upper right hand side. Both are at the top, but the return is slightly higher. There is a flue gas heat recovery thing build into this boiler. Has anyone worked on these boilers? Does it sound like it is installed properly? I thought this was a semi-gravity system, but if I turn the pump off to stop the radiators heating up the flue heat recovery bit gets extremely hot. I want to upgrade this to either a semi-pumped with controls or fully pumped system. At the minute there are no temperature controls except for the internal boiler thermostat. I know how to plumb and wire s-plan systems and the like. I just need to know the best pipe layout for this boiler? Thanks.
