As above anyone use apps or tablets day to day for gas certificates?

I use gas checker. It's okay but obviously I have no basis for comparison.

No, because there are not AirPrint printers that are compact enough at the min.

When the tenant signs the form at the end I just tell them they can request their copy of the cert from the letting agent who must provide it within 28 days, but most aren't bothered tbh

Interesting I thought you had to leave one with the tenant or a least in the building?

My boss sent me the gaschecker to try, but I already ave easygas set up and to be honest I don't need anything else , it has all the certs I need.

Just checked out easy gas it's a lot dearer over £100 smackers!!! Doesn't look much different ?

I've had easygas for four or five years now, so only pay for annual updates ect

Easygas is dearer, not sure how much, but all my certs are on it , so would be a bit much to change now.
