Having Problems with my Alpha HE33 boiler

For the last couple of months now my boiler keeps tripping out and i have to reset the boiler. I have spoken to Alpha and they say that the condenser pipe could be block, So i had it all check out and there was nothing but the problem is still happening. So i have had the condenser pipe taken th bits and re done it comes straight down the 1 inch pipe and the into 2 inch waste pipe into a soak away. This worked fine for 2-3 weeks and the problem is happening again.

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

Yep I can help. get a gas safe registered engineer in who specialises in repairs.
