Heat only boiler recommendation

Cust needs 18KW boiler, heat only and they like Baxi. Problem is the solo has such a bad name although I have fitted a few with little problem. Normally would go for a vaillant 418 but they are not liking the price. Any thoughts on a reliable easy on the pocket boiler?

Why has the solo got a bad name? The 18 should be ok I'd have thought. Fitted 1 for my parents 3 years ago. Its quiet and hasn't broken down at all. Plus its small and easy to service. Just take a set of seals with you every 4 years to replace.

With viessmann heat only you have to be supper plumber not to get a air lock in te heat exchanger

I agree with u, air locks can be nightmare sometimes but overall good boilers.
