snake oil in short, just makes the water slightly more conductive
 
Heat in equals heat out. Not saving any energy.
Simon I think what they are trying to claim is that 'magic' additives will get the heat in the CH water away from the boiler to the radiators more quickly....so I suppose if your boiler is in a garage etc
then this stuff will transfer the heat better. I dont really see this, BUT eg The Merlin Engine
Spitfires etc 2nd World War would have not functioned without enhanced heat transfer water
additives ...like Sentinel R100 ....centralheatking
 
Well I put it in with another tub of F1 So I guess time will tell system is well dosed and clean as a whistle . Kop

I had F1 in my system already so added another with the F6 mate £15ish , probably better to flush rather than mix chemicals though . Kop
