I have replaced 5 Rads in a clients house all valves are set the same as before and all rads get hot for about 1 to 2 hours and then it cuts off. all rads and the automatic air relief valve are wet indicating no air in the system. pump has been purged.
it is an open system header tank is working fine and the heat leak rad is fully open and free from air.
I'a assuming that now the flow through the new rads is returning to the boiler too hot and causing it to cut off?
