Hi all, im an industrial spark working on overhead cranes, furnaces, hydrualic systems, etc heavy engineering Ive come from electricians forums as I am after some advice.

My House is 8 years old, Old type central heating system with tank and pump etc, Piped in 10mm push fit, The house was empty from last october, I tried the heating 8 week's ago then I found this issue, I have an Ideal Icos HE12 boiler, My fault / breakdown is that all my radiators are all working (but not to the full capacity in my opinion) upstairs and some downstairs, but the living room double skin double convector is getting no heat at all, as well as the kitchen single skin, single convector there is heat coming on the valve's but no output on the radiator's I have changed the grundfos central heating pump this has made no difference the 2 port solenoid motorised valves are energizing electrically, I have shut all radiators off and left the two suspect radiators on and then they started heating up not to a huge heat, I have also noticed the boiler is firing then cutting out after 20-30mins and re-firing maybe the flame electrode (different but I have had this on our steam boiler industrial boilers), thermostat has to be on full 30c to get good but not brilliant heat from the radiators.

I am after advice or a heating engineer to come look at it for me as I am flogging a dead horse at the minute

Location: Wombwell, Barnsley, South Yorkshire, S73 8BE

Cheers Joel
