Hi all,

New to the forum as I am struggling to diagnose what is wrong with my boiler.

I have a performa he 30 boiler. Not sure on age as it was in the house before we moved in. I believe it is 5-7 years old.

We are unable to call for hot water without it cutting out if the boiler is cold, however if the heating is on then hot water works fine.

Heating kicks in without cutting out.

The 30 light flashes red when the boiler cuts out.

Any help or suggestions would be very much appreciated.
