Heatline Vizo Flashing Red Light

Hi,

My heat-line vizo boiler has suddenly stopped producing hot water or heat. the flame is not igniting. The pressure is at 1. I’m a bit lost.

Could be a number of issues but you need to get a gas safe registered engineer to take a look.

Try topping it up to 1 1/4 bar. If that doesn't work then you'll need an engineer out to look at it
