Heatslave 15/19 heating works from thermostat when control panel is off

Hi,
I recently had a like for like replacement on my oil combi boiler. The installer changed the pcb wiring amongst other things. I now have the heating coming on via the thermostat regardless of the control panel button being on or not.

We used to have it timed to come on go off when we wanted it and not when the temperature during the night gets a little colder .

Sounds like sparky's wired the stat across from the mains to the heating terminal bypassing all the switches. Get him back to sort it out!
