I haven't seen them for sale in the UK, but I think they might be a subsiduary of Zehnder?
 
I was going to pm you as I thought you would be the one with any info, I have never seen these rads before so your reply makes sense. I need some grills and a brackets as there is a town close to me with around 40 properties that have these fitted and it would be more cost effective to make good as opposed to replace
 
I've seen them few times only in UK but usually in Germany very often installed
 
Heizkörper does literally mean radiator nothing else I am German so I can tell you what's called ;) but as I mentioned before have seen only few here
