Hello people, I'm currently a Scaffolder but all the heavy lifting has taken it's toll on my back and I now suffer from Sciatica which is affecting my job.

I am looking to change career and train as a Plumber which I feel would be a lot more forgiving on my back.

I am only 28 by the way so by no means ready for retirement just yet lol.

It's still a manual job and carrying a cast iron bath aint easy but best of luck

Yeah I know that and I expected that to be the first reply to be honest. But it's nowhere near as manual as what I currently do. I regularly carry well over a ton of tube on my shoulder nearly every single day. That's no exaggeration either.
