Question 'what should be in place when working on uncovered first floor joists?'

Not to good on these health and safety questions and have the scars to proove it :(

But will start off with
barriers and warning notices required, work to be planned and supervised correctly, risk assessment done, area below to be taken into consideration :)

Welcome niceone7
at the very least some sheets of plywood fixed to joists for you to work from and some form of barrier to warn other trades of the dangers where you are working:)regards turnpin
