Hi guys,

My engagement with this forum is usually 'project based'. I found a wealth of information on here in the past and you were very helpful.

Whether through a change of email or just inactivity my old account seems to have disappeared so here I am back for more help, specifically on why a 6 year old Grohetherm 2000 won't deliver cold water to a shower head.... but if you can help on that please find my post in the right section (once I've found it too)

Is there a filter that might be blocked with scale, maybe thermostat is broken?

Thanks.

I have just posted it in Showers but await moderator approval before it is visible.

Regards

Yeh same , check filters , possibly the cartridge and if all ok check any isolation valves on the shower pipework, if gravity system make sure no air prob last resort,

Sorry forgot to say welcome grinders

You were right Kris..... it was an air lock. Rookie error!
