Found this character behind a fire today after customer complained of hearing a noise behind.

I take it you refitted the fire properly without the use of silicone?
 
Found a few dead ones in large boiler chimneys alright. Best one I found was on d firing head of a Bentone Q45. He was fairly zapped from d electrodes.
