Thought id say Hi, Im relavtively new to the trade -Ive a few queries & hope to pick up a little by reading through & taking note of topics.

Im renovating a house & have had many tricky scenarios play out, all in the learning curve - and it seems quite steep most of the time, logical & simple solutions but rarely obvious
