Help find replacment tap cartridge

Good Morning

On the weekend my bathroom tap would not turn off, even with the handle in the off position.

I took the tap apart and can see the cartridge has perished. I'm looking for a replacement part but can't seem to find anything.

Can you help? Here are a few photos if that may help.

Call me a defeatist but I don't even try and source tap cartridges, you spend ages trying to find one, talking to manufacturers etc. Its better (in my humble opinion) just to replace the tap.

Unless the tap is branded (such as a Bristan, Grohe etc) it's not worth the effort. Even if you do find one it will be a large percentage of the cost of a new tap.
