Help. How do I remove this tap head?

Can anyone advise on how to remove this kind of tap head?
I'm at my wit's end.

Isn't the chrome cap twist off, look for a join ?

May just pull off.

Either pull off or the top part above the 3 rings is a cap that unscrews

There is no visible join and it doesn't twist off

Thanks for all the advice. Tamz was spot on. The part above the 3 rings screws off. Just a bit stiff.
