Help identifying connector

Hi,
One of the connectors I have for my water filter has snapped, well the screwbit has. I've been trying to contact the supplier but I'm assuming they're closed until the new year. If I can find out the name of this connector I'll just go to Screwfix and pick it up. I've attached the photos, this connector goes from the filtration cyclinder to the other filters.
