Hello,
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE can someone help me.

I have bought a house where the prvious owner did not finish installing the shower but also, did not leabe any of the fittings wither.

Do you recognise the pipework in the attahed photos? I have been to a couple of plumb centres and other shops but to no avail.

Thank you very much in advance.

Good advice, I have just sent them emails,
I would talk to the previous owner if he would answer my messages.

I have been advised from sources that they are still a bit annoyed in losing the house.
This is just the start of things that went missing when the house was repossessed.

For example they took the an electric shower and kitchen extractor hood that was fitted, yes fitted!

Well thats sad loosing there house , same thing happend to me ! but it's a sign of the times and they wont be the last you've just got to get on with things, Think bristan would be best bet ha sthey have taken over a lot of shower makes, if it is from one of the Big sheds you may be better off just buying a new one as sometimes it will cost you more to replace the missing parts, If you have a City Plumbing nere you have a look at there iflow range (5year warranty ) made by Bristan, quite a good price.

I used to be a service agent for Grohe, sure it's one of theirs. Ask them to double check, try and talk to a guy called John Harrison. He knows all there is to know up there in Egham.

the amount af hassle to find out the original shower plus the cost of new parts
you really will save a lot of time and not lose much money by getting a new one.
as posted above city plumbing iflo are made by bristan and v good, or just get bristan

Thank you thefish.

Mountainman: I am not here to 'be told', I came here for helpful advice. I will decide how long I am going to search for replacement parts before throwing an unknown valve into the recycling pot, not you. I hope you are more helpful to other new members of this site because your sole contribution to this thread was less useful than a chocolate actuator.
