Help! Need fittings urgent

Anyone have any idea where I can get some 25mm transition couplings on a sunday?
Got a burst underground water main that needs joining but all merchants shut to my knowledge. Don't think Plumbfix or Wickes do them...

Appreciate any advice? (I'm in Kent)
