I have a sealed bath that is leaking into my kitchen when emptied, unfortunately the pervious owner has tiled all around the bath without leaving an access panel to the pipework/drain . is their a liquid sealant that i can use to fix the leak or do i have to remove all the tiles . I have tired accessing from below but can only see the floor of the said bathroom .

Can you see the waste pipe in the floor is ?

No, unfortunately you will have to remove some tiles. Cut through the grout lines and you should be able to save the tile/tiles - if they’re quite big one tile should be enough to gain the access you need.
