HELP. Trouble pushing on flexible soup pipe into back of pan

Hi. The title says it all really
I'm trying to push the flexible soup pipe into the back of the pan, but it's really difficult. I've put silkicos spray on it, but I just can't get in wnoeno to apply sufficient pressure to pop it on.
I was thinking of making a puller, but thought aid ask you guys first.

You don't need a puller, it should push on reasonably easy.
Can you post a picture of the pan outlet with the connector at the side of it.

Have you got it the right way round? As your post says you are trying to push it into the back of the pan and not onto the pan outlet....regards Turnpin

Is op trying to put flush pipe into spigot on back of low level or concealed cistern ? Chking

Its done! I just had to stop being a wimp. There was just very little room to move.
Anyway, sorted now
