Hi lads,

I have a tricky situation with a shut-off valve beside the toilet. Water is dripping from the pipe. No water is pouring into the cistern. I can tighten and untighten the nut but I can't twist the valve too much regardless of whether the nut is very tight or very loose. I can attach pictures if neccessary so you can get a feel of what I'm talking about. The water keeps dripping on to the wooden floor - maybe just one drop every 10 minutes, but after a few hours this is bad news. Would appreciate you helping me get water pouring into the cistern again. Thanks!
