Hi Everyone,
Hoping someone may be able to offer some advice regarding possible issue with Baxi due-tec 33HE fitted with wireless thermostat. (CM61NG)
Boiler is housed in the back upstairs bedroom, the wireless receiver is fitted just below it.
The remote control/sensor unit is downstairs in the hallway.
Over the last few months whilst the severe cold has been with us, we have been increasing the temp to around 25 deg, however, the remote sensor seems to be continually showing 19 Deg, the boiler is showing about 29 and no light for the radiators.
This morning, we had it set at 25 and again remote showed 19 and did'nt seem to go above that. In frustration, using the remote I increased the required temp to around 30 deg, the sensor is sat next to me in the kitchen and for ages showed 17 deg, and now show 21.
Being an I.T Techie, to me it seems the sync between the transmitter and receiver is not right or the the data between them is getting screwed up.
Batteries are fine, and neither unit or boiler are showing any problems.
Boiler was fitted by authorised fitter approx 2yrs ago and has been serviced as per Baxi recommendations.
The remote unit is a "Honeywell CM61NG".
Any advise or test procedure would be really appreciated.
Many thanks
Graeme
