Hi

I have a dornbracht thermostat shower installed and the thermostat has stopped working (temperature does not adjust). I did some research and I see it could be lime scale build up.
After watching the videos of other brands I tried to dismantle the thermostat to remove and descale the cartridge. I know I need to isolate the thermostat from the mains but I can;t see how to do it.

I posted some photos of what it looks like:

There are two 10mm allen key heads that look like they could be the valves but they don't move in either direction (I didn't want to apply too much force).

I think this is the thermostat:

Any help appreciated.

Assuming I can isolate the mains, any idea how to remove the thermostat cartridge?

thanks
Mark
