Hi! I have just moved in to a new build home and it has a ideal logic combi 35 boiler fitted. When I turn the thermostat to off the boiler seems to keep making a noise even though the status says c which is waiting for call for heating. When I switch the boiler to taps only it shuts down completely going to status 0 and not making any noise. What I cant understand is why when its switch to taps and radiator if the thermostat is set to off why doesn't the boiler go to status 0 and shut down?

Please help

You need a pro in to look at it. You also need to learn to post in the correct sub forum.
