Cant see any pipes in your photos mate.

Cant you buy a wc with a waste outlet the same hight as you existing one?

Can't see any photos showing pipes.

No you can't chop out of joists for waste pipes. You either take them through the wall and outside the house (if an external wall), box them in or take them down through a room below and box in (OK if it's a utility room but not a living room!).

Don't link bath, shower and basin into a single waste pipe or you're heading for trouble. All need to go into the stack separately.

Max you can remove from a joist is 1/8 of the thickness or you will cause structural problems.

I think the average hight of a wc waste is 190mm to the centre. are you moving the toilet or is the waste pipe too high?

I should have asked this earlyer?

You can get offset pan connectors but you don't want to mess with the water level more than a fraction or it will cause problems. One DIY job I saw had the WC waste so high that the toilet bowl was 1/2 full or water. All it would need would be a bad curry and you'd have a flood :p

And he was happy with that water level? some DIYers just seem happy to have something that doesnt leak.

going by the window in the pics its an outside wall so all wastes straight out and in to stack or gully
if stack is cast iron cut flush to wall with an angle grinder and join with flexi, ofset or muliquick extension
sevices can go below boards

what pipes are you on about . There is no pipes on view in the picture. If you mean you want to hide the wastepipes from beneath then you will have to box them in or get a floating sink
