Help with schematic please

I have attached a schematic for an installation of an Atmos gasification wood boiler - there is one section which I am not quite sure of. Can anyone tell me what this is for or help me please?

Thanks for that Puddle, I have re attached the schematic.

The accumalator tank has a DHW tank inside, I think the lower connection may be optional to protect the stored DHW from turning cold when the central heating is running and burner is not.
Im not sure about this hope somebody can help!!!!!!!
