Job im pricing up , picture it, big house currently has 2 bathrooms downstairs, a 35kw Combi in,
pricing up to put 7 ensuites in (existing bathrooms staying as are), 2 are located on ground floor and the other 5 are upstairs.
There is no loft space. The incoming supply at the moment is 1/2'.
The ensuites will consist of basin, bar shower and toilet.
Due to the location of the property, (a cemetery believe it or not!) we can't dig up and run new bigger MDPE supply in.
So I was thinking of leaving the combis to supply the bathrooms downstairs and then for the ensuites I was thinking direct cylinder with cws tank. But then its the height for the tank, we don't have it! the ceiling is basically just the roof.
So then I was thinking a tank stored at a low level possibly the ground floor where there is more room and then pumped.
We don't want to fit electric shower as only single phase.
Anyone recommend a particular system or way which might be best? any help appreciated
cheers
