Im not a plumber. Not even close. What I am is at my wits end trying to work out what on earth is wrong with the immersion heater on my hot water cylinder.

Im going to post a thread in the general forum (hopefully thats the right one) so anyone who feels like helping me out, please, please please take a look!!
