My name is Ian Skinner and I'm doing a course with Train4TradeSkills. To be honest kind of regret spending all that money on the course. The course is fine but I've realised the only way I'm going to be a plumber is by getting hands on experience. Do plumbing firms take on apprentices if you're older (i.e not a school leaver). A friend told me they only take on school leavers because the govt pay them if they take one on. Does anyone know if this is correct?
