Hia , will be extending our house this year and think i`ll prob have to change our heating system from a gravity fed to a combi. Can anyone recommend a good reliable combi? I ve got a Gloworm Ultimate at the mo and worksfine but don t think it will cope with the extra rads etc so i m thinking combi? Thanks in advance.

Welcome to UKPlumbersForums.co.uk tibbs. Thanks for introducing yourself.

Go for Worcester-Bosch 24cdi. Good boiler cheap parts if you ever need to replace them.

I prefer Viessmann myself. Better construction, in my opinion. And weather compensation is cheap and easy on the Vitodens 100. Whatever boiler you go for, you'll pay for in the long run. Either buy high spec now and have lower running costs or cheap and have higher running costs. Your choice
