Getting a decent level (20ppm) of CO and a ratio of 0.001 on a heatline (spew) compact boiler for about 5 minutes it then goes nuts and raises between 600 and 1200 ppm!!

Taken the flue apart and cleaned and remade all the joints, cleansed the heat ex out and re calibrated the min and max on the gas valve.

any thoughts chaps???

Been replaced by the manufacturers, as has the gas valve and many other parts.
