Discuss High pitch noise from boiler flue in the Boilers area at Plumbers Forums

Hi,
My boiler has started making a very high pitch noise when the heating turns on.
It seems to be originating from the boiler flue (see video https://bit.ly/3pYMFrI )
Is this an indication of air trapped in the system ? Do radiators need bleeding ?
Or a sign of faulty boiler part ?
Thanks

Would say needs a gas engineer to have a look might just need servicing but might need two parts replacing

Probably to do with the combustion and needs an engineer.
Unlikely to be dangerous but would get it looked at as soon as reasonably practicable (I hate that term).

As above, needs someone familiar with Ideal Logics to give it a full service - removing the burner and flushing it through. If that doesnt help will need a part or 2 to get it back to normal
