Anyone got any suggestions why a new honeywell 3 port valve won't settle mid position without constantly moving between micro switches internally, causing a constant clicking every couple of seconds? Hot water only ok, heating only ok. All other external controls giving 230v when required ( white htg demand, grey water off ). Is it possible for internal levers to become out of alignment?

Here's a link to an informative web page on the workings of the honeywell valve .. Interesting...!! It should answer your question , hopefully :)
