Honeywell cm707 coming on when it shouldn't

We just moved into a new house with this thermostat and notice the radiators are warm in the middle of the night when heating shouldn't be on.

Does this thermostat have a setting where it will do this in preparation for when it is to come back on, I've seen this mentioned online but surely if its programmed to come off at 11 it should not come on again at 11.05?

It's definitely in Auto. Has anyone come across this?

20° on 5.30, 7.00 off. On 5.00, 22.00 off. Its not cold as its a flat.

We were not sure so just put the off temp time to match the on, i googled and found a YouTube video who did that Have never had to choose a temperature for off with other thermostats we've had.

Its open plan lounge diner. Boiler is in kitchen end of the room and thermostat is down other end in the lounge

TL;DR: Set the temperature to 21 during periods you want the heating 'on' and 15 during the periods you want it 'off'.

You need to set all seven days, usually by setting one and then copying it to the next.

As above the off temps need to be at least 15 degrees maybe even a little lower.
