Hi there

I'm new on the forum. We have a problem with our Honeywell Smartfit Central Heating System as the room stat just isn't lighting up. We have been let down by several heating engineers who just haven't bothered to turn up and one who just told us to get a new room stat :eek:mg_smile:. We went to Plumbase and bought a new replacement 7 day programmable room thermostat and it STILL isn't lighting up. It is freezing cold and I have a 4 year old son in the house who seems to constantly have a cold. Please can somebody help us.

Just down the road from me. I can have a look tomorrow if that helps?

Fantastic, when can you pop and have a look and how much are your call out charges etc?
