I have changed a good few heads recently on valve only 2 & 3 years old has anyone experienced similar issues as they don't seem to be the quality / reliability they once were

Dont seem as well built. Even had a couple dodgy out the box.

But dont like danfoss or drayton tho.

I changed one on Monday where the performed mechanically but the micro-switches were at fault but that's about 3 in as many months

Yep I agree too, odd nact one, but they are still the best ones available

Nice detachable cable, why can't all the others do that already?? It seems no one wants to improve the boring old zone valve!!

But yes, Honeywell valves defs not he same quality, but neither are the Drayton & I'm always changing danfoss valves on a couple year old new build estate near me so there all tat it seems?

I'm a Honneywell man but have to agree quality isn't there anymore, just seems it's the same all round.

I may be wrong but I thought years ago all the Honeywell stuff was made in Canada, now all out of Eastern Europe
