Have a cast iron pipe in an existing bathroom and want to send it in both directions to pick up another bathroom currentley using a saniflow !!!!!! Only way I can see is to alter externally but maybe someone knows of a fitting suitable to allow flow from both directions ??????
 
a cast to 4inch connector spigot would do the job may come out abit far though?
