Hosepipe Ban help please

As per the title guys,

Where do we stand in terms of carrying out things such as a powerflush if there is a ban in the area we are working in??

Do we have an exemption because it’s construction work or similar??

Thought it was just using a hosepipe to water garden, wash car, fill pool.

I don’t know, this is why I’m asking mate. I know the hand car wash near me was told They had to close last time there was a hosepipe ban which didn’t seem particularly fair as thats their livelihood

Try and minimise the waste of water eg don’t dump as often or until it needs it etc but carry on

But did see on the news what couldn't be done. Seemed to be all recreational uses.

I'd treat it as essential. Fire bobbies won't stop squirting water about will they?

I know it's a bit different but essential flushing is hardly wasting water is it?

Not like the millions of gallons wasted on a regular basis by the water board having leaky pipes all over creation.
