hi all

i have a just had a new timer fitted to my central heating but am having a few problems with it now so after some help the central heating is working find the problem i am having is that when i turn the timer/programer on for hot water the pump in airing cuber works but boiler is not fireing up have had a mate round that is a electrican and he has told me its a y plan system and has tested every think and said that the all is work and there is 230 a boiler so should be calling has anyone any idear what it could be forgot to say that the ho****er is comeing thought the tapes red hot at the min
