Morning like some advice we have hot water tank k for hot water and boiler for heating we can set water or central heating on at different times via our hive app what's the best both together on timer or on separate times just not sure what's best for money and boiler usage

Separate times and normally water to come on an hour before you wake up

As above. Faster hot tank heat up and same for radiators circuits when hot water isn’t also on. Have your heating timed to come on immediately after hot water is timed to go off

Ideally you want the full output of the boiler to one or the other so the heat isn't split. HW on an hour or so before heating and the cylinder will sit all nice and hot. If it is a modern / well insulated cylinder they stay hot for a good time
