Three calls today - my toilet is leaking - help !
Asked them to look at the sides of the cistern - followed by an embarrassing silence - 'ooh, its all wet'
Should have turned out and charged for explaining about hot weather, high humidity and cold cisterns. Not sure what the going rate is for that ?
