How can I put a picture up every time I put a post up by my name?

i only learnt this a month ago. go to your profile, edit profile, my avatar, upload foto.

Thats what I thought but it says no avi wots its name and wont let me change it

if it says no avatar. thats good.
click on edit avatar, and edit away
