I don't find I have to much of a problem with my customers you will always get the odd one that moans, I often adjust my pricing if Mr bellend comes calling I am always polite and courteous but theres no wriggle room for them they pay full wack and a bit more 😉. The problem I am having is landlords that's a whole different story , this particular one has various properties in my area I have carried out repairs on 3 of his properties during lockdown and there is a pattern emerging theres is a lack of maintenance that's been carried out, and he just can't get it won't listen or doesn't want to hear it, I found gas regulation issues on one of the properties and made him aware but still he argues with me and now wants paperwork to say the property has had a gas safety check when all I did was a tightness test it's not gonna happen!
