Normally pretty good at document retention, but.

Did an estimate, 3 years ago. Barn conversion, all underfloor heating, 3 towel rails, three bathrooms, oil boiler, unvented cylinder.

Before Christmas had a clean out of plans and doc's. Including everything for the above.

This morning, bloke phones, I've sold my house, when can you start, and what was the price.

Nothing, absolutely nothing, and for some reason nothing on my lap top.

Seeing the bloke at 10.00 in the morning to start again.

I didn't complete the full estimate as at the time it was going to be starting in approx 6 months. But I had the underfloor sorted, boiler and cylinder sized.

Have had the usual, can we go ahead with the bathroom estimate you did 9 months ago. Which is why I have Estimate valid for 28 days from date above.

Looks like I'll have to knock up another folder to keep things a little longer.

Gonna be a long weekend :)

One month for price and everything goes on the comp / nas in a folder
