Anyone know how I change the times on these?

1. Just move the on / off tabs around the clockface. The line on each tab should be lined up with the required time for that action.
2. They are usually pretty stiff as it is only friction which holds them in place.
3. Set the time by rotating the central white(ish) knob. Clockwise only.
4. Haven't seen one of those for a long time.

Ok thanks pal. I couldn't get the on off hands to move until I figured out the centre dial loosens them by turning it clockwise
